Terms and Conditions
Rentals

1. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Properties can be accessed from 14.00 h on the first day of rental and MUST be vacated by 10.30 h on the final day of rental.

2. All rental properties must be left clean and tidy and all personal belongings and rubbish must be removed at the end of the rental period. Cleaning service is obligatory and not included in the rental price. It will be charged at the end of the rental period. The cost for this service is 10,00 € (ten) / per person. A minimum fee of 20,00 € (twenty) will be charged.

3. Neither the owners of the rental properties nor their agents will accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the clients, howsoever caused. Clients are advised to ensure they have adequate insurance in place for the duration of their holiday.

4. Property bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit (cash, cheque or credit transfer). Deposits should be received within 7 (seven) days of verbal or e-mailed reservation.

5. Cancellations may be made in writing (letter or e-mail) up to 8 (eight) weeks prior to commencement of the rental period. Deposits will be returned less a administration fee of 50.00 € (fifty). For bookings cancelled less than 8 (eight) weeks before the commencement of the rental period, no refund of the deposit will be made. Clients who fail to cancel or cancel less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to the commencement of the rental period shall be liable for the full balance of the rental price. Legal action will be taken against the client to recover such outstanding amounts including all costs.

6. The final balance for all rentals shall be made 7 (seven) days prior to the date of commencement of the rental period (cash, cheque or credit transfer). Failure to make the final payment by the date due will be deemed as a late cancellation and the client will be liable for the full amount. Legal action will be taken to recover such outstanding amounts including all costs.

7. A cash deposit of 200,00 € (two hundred) Euros is required at the start of all rental periods to cover possible damage or breakages. The rental property shall be inspected on the final Friday of the rental period and the inventory checked. In the event of no damage or breakages the cash deposit shall be refunded in full. Clients are advised that any/all breakages or damage should be notified as soon as possible.
8. Additional guests over the numbers specified in the property details are not permitted without prior agreement and written consent from the owners or their agents. Additional charges may be payable by the client in such circumstances.

9. These Terms and Conditions are considered fair and reasonable and are bindings under Spanish Law. Payment of the initial deposit shall signify acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions by the Client.
